How do you make the most of "adulthood" ?

Good Morning/Evening,

I'm 17 and going through this process of learning more about life and responsibilities. The title may have not been the best but hope-fully this rant of mines gives you an idea of what i'm asking and just share your thoughts.

I'm trying to balance life, personal studies, college, work, physical health and family and i'm slowly losing myself.

I tried building a schedule everyday and it has somewhat worked.

It just like I have no breathing room, the moment i fall behind on one thing, i end up having to do 10 other things and then i have to choose when to put on hold.
but time is ticking.

finals are coming up and i just want to figure how to manage life before i drown in it.
