Diablo Lake - North Cascade Mountains

Took this picture while in the North Cascade Mountains this past week. Diablo Lake changes to a turquoise color in the summer. As the snow melts and the glaciers shift, glacial flour (fine rock particles) are suspended on the surface which refract light, giving the lake its unique color.
