AMD unveils palm-sized Ryzen AI Halo mini-PC with 128GB memory designed for developers to run massive AI models locally
AMD has unveiled the Ryzen AI Halo, a compact developer kit designed for local AI workloads. This mini-PC, built around the Ryzen AI Max 300 series processors, is small enough to fit in the palm of an adult hand but includes a full set of ports such as USB Type-C, HDMI, and Ethernet. Despite its small size, it supports up to 128GB of LPDDR5 memory and a unified memory architecture. The device ships without an operating system, targeting developers who want to run AI workloads locally under Linux or other supported environments.
