1. Be human.
Treat people with basic respect. No harassment, insults, shaming, or dismissing others’ lived experiences.
2. Stay on ADHD.
Posts should be meaningfully related to ADHD (diagnosis, symptoms, coping, research, systems, culture).
3. No medical advice.
Do not tell others what medications, dosages, or treatments to take or stop. Sharing personal experiences is allowed; prescribing is not.
4. Alternative treatments are discussable, not promotable.
Non-traditional or alternative approaches may be discussed only when clearly framed as personal experience or backed by credible sources. Claims without evidence, miracle cures, or folk remedies presented as treatment will be removed. If you can’t explain why it might work beyond vibes, don’t post it.
5. No misinformation.
If you’re making a claim of fact, expect to be asked for a source.
6. This is not a replacement for professional care.
The community exists for discussion and support, not diagnosis or treatment.
