MacOS 26.2 destroyed my wifi. Nearly unusable. Ideas?

I’ve searched for fixes, and the only one I can find is turn off limit IP address tracking, but that hasn’t worked for me. Nearly impossible to use. Anyone have any ideas? WIFI constantly dropping connection. Then say it can’t connect to a known wifi network, then connect 30
